I want to say thank you for the Lorna Myers PNES Scholarship. It has made a huge difference in my college education. It helped me to figure out what I truly want to major in, so I have been working on my associate degree in biology at Monroe Community College. In my case, I don’t want to take out a loan and the scholarship made it so I could do an entire semester before having to take some time off to regain financial stability. That single semester is what made me realize that this is what I want to do with my life. I knew I love science, but I was unsure of which branch I wanted until I took biology and chemistry with help from the scholarship. There is no way I can truly show my gratitude for your assistance in figuring out my future.
