Better Conversations with Providers 

Sometimes a lot can be discussed in a very short appointment with your doctor. If you're struggling to remember or understand everything your doctor discusses with you, you are not alone.  Prepare for your appointment and have better conversations.  

Michael Rosado, a patient with epilepsy from Puerto Rico, shares how he prepares for his appointment so that he can have the best conversation possible.

Dr. Giancarlo Lugo, a pediatric neurologist at Valley Children's Healthcare in California, provides a physician's perspective on how patients and parents can prepare for an appointment to have the best conversation possible.
