Seize The Day 2020

Epilepsy Alliance Louisiana hosts its annual 5K and 1-mile fun run, Seize the Day, at the LSU Old Front Nine every spring. This community awareness day hosts over 1200 people and is the largest epilepsy advocacy day in the state. It is a great day for people and families affected by epilepsy in Louisiana. Many local restaurants and businesses are involved. The money raised from the event allows the foundation to educate schools, corporations and government entities, provide services to those living with epilepsy, and help raise public awareness.
